I dont mind paying $17, but I saw this:

pay $12 and get 4 napkins). As for the shipping costs you decide yourself if you want it shipped as a simple letter (no tracking number, no guarantee) or as a registered letter (with tracking). Simple letter is $5 and a registered letter is $9 worldwide.
