Clothears have confirmed that they are in the process of making the robes.

Was hoping to have this ready for Invasion Belfast Oct 2009, seem to be ahead of schedule at the moment :cheers

WIll resume work on the prosthetics soon.

The finishing line is nearly in sight (well, for the mask that is)!!
Have applied the base colour with pax paint and put in some subtle shading with rubber mask grease. I applied a layer of KY jelly to give it a glossy sweat sheen.

Still haven't found the right contact lenses, most of the ones available are too red, the search continues.

Hoping to apply this baby sometime in the next week.

One question though, is KY jelly petroleum based? I've never used it on anything, so I'm not sure.

It's just water based, vaseline is petroleum based!
