Hello everyone, I'm trying to be as precise as possible. I want to gift someone a lightsaber for Christmas . I have a budget of around €130, which is approximately $140.

The lightsaber doesn't need any special features, just to be enjoyable.

BUT, there's a problem now. There are seemingly 10,000 providers and 1,000 questions out there. First of all, is it a scam or not? What blade length, NeoPixel, no NeoPixel, etc.? ‍ I thought, who would know best about this if not people who do Cosplay with it. So, here I am, wondering if anyone can help me . Thanks for helping.
