This is great! I know the last thing you need is another accessory suggestion, but if I may: An apron that says "KILL ALL HUMANS". Does your sound unit change your voice, or does it play sound clips from the show?

it's no iron man..!
(because there are a number of great builds.., I wanted to apply what I was seeing to a costume concept i feel could use a lil revamping.. this is my hat off to all those pepping, cutting, glueing & sewing..! the craftsmanship on this site is amazing)

the costume is not completely done/ still in bata testing..! (& de-bugging.. but getting closer!)

the sound fx unit is not a voice changer. it is programable (sound clip) unit from voodoofx.
(for the cost & application i am very happy & Randy was also very knowledgeable and helpful with this..)

(yet there are still some technical challenges on how I will be able to operate the device while in costume..)

my prop list is getting pretty long & should be.. interesting!

It's good to see another Bender builder in the house That is a great costume, speaking from experience with my Bender a small speak with a USB input which you could put some MP3 sounds is a good option. There should be enough room in the head for one and just pimp it up so it runs off a small battery. You know what I mean?

Bender Futurama Costume.. again..

“More terrible news everyone..!”
Bender is still not complete but there are more progress photos and miscellaneous gibber jabber..!

(I continue to look for & at other bender costumes.. & I enjoy checking out all the other builds on this site & sometimes wonder how I end up so deep in a thread or off my intent, yet always inspired & impressed!)

Bender needs some test runs to see how things hold up and a few finishing touches.. but the costume is very close to done.

I am currently stumped on how to finish the chest cavity though..
(I don’t think it will just hold props as much as be and option for..? I can put stuff in for a photo and still keep room for heisting..!?! I also hope to make a couple planet express boxes to hold some props and costume parts..)
