Hello,
I have built a BB8 costume for my daughter 2 years ago and for this year I have built a BB-9E costume.
BB-9E right now is only referenced as a toy but might have appearance in Star Wars Episode 8 this December.
The base is built out of Papemache, the dome out of Styorfoam.
The only cost i had was the LED for the home, everything else (Gym Ball, Newspaper, Glue, Colour, ...) I had at home.
