Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Yeah, they non lethally shot the door down so the batmobile could drop some bombs that blew the whole building up, with everyone still inside.

Woopsies.

Blew up the building with the bombs that magically formed out of the wheel hubs... similar to the armor that comes out of nowhere.
I still like the Tumbler though, so what do I know.

Do we know for a fact that they're guns? Seems to me they could just as easily be some form of advanced microphones for Bats to listen in from the comfort and protection of the Batmobile when he's surveilling suspects.

Whatever they are, they look wonky.

They'll never top the tumbler IMO. Pure perfection.

I still hate the Tumbler - poor excuse for a Batmobile. Batman doesn't need an urban tank, he need something stealthy and sleek.

Those massive delts are probably mini shields/ballistic rounds. His tree trunk legs are probably hiding a leg compartment like Robocop...

hahahah

I've never like any design for the batmobile. They never felt practical enough. More like parade floats.

I would love an idea where a subsidiary of Wayne enterprises own car washes and parking lots all over the city so he could quickly pull the batmobile in and have a fake "shell" of another kind of vehicle put on.

Stealth, speed, agility and armour should be the priority. Getting away with no one on his tail. Stopping other vehicles.

I don't think he needs a massive window. Hell, it could radar to guide it. The car could be blind as a bat

This may have been discussed but... After seeing the trailer and the image of Superman hovering against the backlight lending the appearance of a prophet, god or JC, I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth.

While I like the story idea, if Superman were real, of people fearing him as a false god... if Hollywood uses this as a platform in which to attack religion (Christianity / JC), once again, I'll be horribly disappointed and I'll keep my money. It's one thing to exercise our freedom of expression, speech and religion, which I fully support, but if (and I use the word "if" with caution) Hollywood continues this progressive ideology to attack Christianity... I dunno... I think DCC will have essentially shot themselves in the foot and the franchise will die on the vine.

I'm very tired of God, Christians and JC coming under attack and being described as loons, bible thumpers, god squaders etc, by the very people who "preach" tolerance for those who are different. For some reason it's now socially acceptable to attack and mock God, Christians, and JC. I'm not a church goer. I grew up with CA with a very liberal family... but I think it's gone WAY too far.

Just my two cents... :)

This is actually quite nice and while im one of the people that enjoyed MoS i cant help but agree also with the video above.
That "restored" picture looks awful. Way too oversaturated. And they definitely darkened the "original footage" to make their "restoration" look more "impressive".

I use quotes because it's all bs. In case that wasn't abundantly clear [emoji39]

And let's not forget that Superman is a d!ck to zebras. That cracked me up.

Not quoting the rest as I don't want to get into a religion debate but MOS used imagery like that as well.

Using ***** imagery is a way for lazy writers to lend symbolic gravitas to their work that's been going on for years and years and year. Listen to any U2 album, for instance :p I highly doubt it'll be disrespectful (not that I care, but that's my gut feeling). Religious issues and ideas will be tossed around to give the film some sheen of philosophical heft, and then we can go back to the laser vision and crumbling buildings and so forth.
