yellow compression shirt
red zentai suit with the sleeves cut off
black "hero" trunks
comic style gauntlets, belt, cowl, bat emblem and cape

I wanted to do a Zur-En-Arrh suit for the longest time. The one from RIP blew my mind. Here's a good look at it in case you haven't seen it.

With the exeption of the red shirt, it's mostly a color swap. If you find sellers (here or elsewhere) who sell Batman accessories, just see if they can be cast or sewn in another color. Does he wear the same style of boots as regular Bats or are they just combat boots?

I was thinking about putting together a suit like that myself-- only, isn't the whole point for it to look like it's made from random bits of stuff? The first few frames of that comic made the suit look very 'thrown together' with rough stitching and the like (but as the comic went on the artist got lazy and it ended up looking like wacky-colored-Batman)

I would have thought 'spandex' would be out...

It looks like a tshirt, a spandex shirt and pair of underoos... not knocking the godddaaammmmnnnn batman just saying that this costume looks easier to produce than the dk or begins.

That depends on if you are dressing as the actual Batman of the planet Zur-En-Arrh or if you are dressing as the alternate personality Bruce Wayne created in his mind.

My Biggest Problem, as always, is making a good looking cowl. i found an article on making an adam west style cowl. but dont have a shop to work with plastic or Fiberclass at the moment. i can use latex but i dont feel like i could pull it off and still be proud i made it.
