Batman Cowl

Hey guys. So this halloween I was interested in cosplaying as batman. I wanted to get a head start, so I started finding supplies early. The look I'm going for is a dark blue Dark Knight Returns. But I can't find any cowls that look like TDKR cowl. I was wondering if anyone could find something within my budget of 50 like that? Please help! I'm a first time cosplayer and haven't really made any costumes.

Cowls are normally in the $150 range for Urethane castings. Latex cowls are a bit cheaper but not as good quality, still above $100 on average. Your best bet would be building one yourself from foam.
