I am surprised no one has chimed in yet, If I knew how to unfold I would. but that is an awesome find.
 
Any chance you know how to contact the original modeler? I found this same file a while ago on a gaming site but couldn't find the modeler to get permissions from.

The armor is pretty good but kind of high poly for pepakura, it could use a bit of reduction.

The cowl isn't quite as good though, the face looks kind of scrunched and the profile is off. I started modeling my own new one after I figured I couldn't use any others I've found.

Ill give it a shot! Is was wanting one anyway... Thank you for sharing! Im working a big shift tonight but as soon as I get home ill unfold it.

i realy dont know i get the model from Free 3D Models - free 3ds, max, c4d 3d model
and i don't think the original modeler upload it

Also i foun this thread that they are workin with the same file

This is so high poly it is going to be a HUGE pain to unfold. And really hard to gut a clean unfold.
 
I've been looking for something like this.
I'd love to try my hand at unfolding. Never did one before, but I did get to modify a few peps to work with, mostly to suit my work style.
 
I found another Batman TDK model on another thread that is really good. It looks to be alot more accurate but just as high poly. The modeler released it on the below website.

You might have to use google translator but it works. Just download the rar file and you will have the models. There is no texture to them but they are good models.
 
Yeah, It a really good looking cowl but it slows the upload down alot! I reduced the polys in my cowl alot but of course it made the helmet no very good. I probably won't even use the cowl model.

This is exactly what I was hoping for when I came here in the first place!
This model looks awesome, and I especially like the fact it features a face under the cowl... pretty cool if someones going to make a bust out of it.

how can i help? I´m not good at transferring 3d models into pep files, but I might be able to help with the unfolding process. ;)
