Bandai 1/72 Tie Fighter Completed

Hey guys!
Finished up this Bandai Tie a few months ago and finally decided to make a post and share some pics.

Overall, like all of the Bandai Star Wars, it is an excellent kit. Any modeler with basic skills could piece one of these together in a few hours, and painting it is not really any more complicated. I painted mine in a few sub assemblies so that I didn't have to do much masking.

Wow, the paint job on this one is very very good! What base color did you end up going with? I think it looks great!

I believe I used a mix of 2 parts Tamiya Flat White and 1 part Tamiya XF-82 Ocean Gray. Although I did add a bit more white to do a center of panel highlight after that, so it came out just a bit lighter. The end result is not exactly screen accurate because of the highlighting and weathering, but my goal was more to get the feel of the Tie Fighter with some other techniques.
