Hi, this is a just finished A-Wing model inspired by Ralph McQuarrie's concept art and the A-wings seen in the Rebels series. I'm posting this because maybe someone can get inspired and make something much more beautiful.
As this A-Wing was made as a gift for a friend, I made it with a wooden stand and lighting. SMD LEDs (in engines and cockpit) are powered by a 9V battery. The LEDs have a 3V power supply and I got the best lighting effect with 220 Ohm resistors. The lighting can be toggled with a button (I marked where it is in one of the photos).
