Totally agree. I definitely think the DS cap has the closest colouring to the prop caps. It's such a shame they didn't bother to get the design accurate.

Mines still fairly malleable but I wouldn't like to flex it too much as I have seen many in a cracked state.

Very interesting thread.
I got an old Miraj cap. But the visible colors are mostly pink and green only. Unfortunately the colors became opaque. I'd sell if the colors were fine.

I also have two DS caps. But each one has a different sewing thread. The first I got has red thread, while the second has transparent thread.

So I haven't received it yet, but I took a chance and ordered one from one of those selling apps. It cost me less than $20 shipped so it was worth the risk since he said it's in good condition miraj one and it doesn't have the button on top. These are the listing pics. They're not awesome photos so I'll let you know when it arrives. For the price, it's not a huge loss if it is trashed or something. Fingers crossed!

I can't find the forum with this information now since it was so long ago, but the most notable aspect to me is that the general shape of the front of the screen used hat is more rectangular like a trucker hat and not sloping down and round like the Diamond Select hat. I remember something about the color of the thread keeping the pieces together, but I can't quite remember the color. My guess is that it was blue. There's a picture of the screen used hat and jacket together with close ups, but I can't seem to find it right now. @Jedifyfe, do you have any information on the hat that would help Indy?
