Just an update,
I'm in the process of working on two Groots for misfit138 and two for Refjim8.
After that, I will be taking a bit slower for a few weeks...
I'm just about to start rehearsals for a new stage show I'm performing in for the local theatre I work for.
The rehearsal schedule is always insanely tight, between that and homework studying my lines, it'll be next to impossible to effectively work on groots, though I may try to squeeze one or two in a week instead of four.
My main concern is not burning myself out.
Come January, I'll be doing my paintwork more full time, but for now I have to fulfill my contract with the theatre.
I know you guys will understand and I thank you for your patience!

I am not sure about that. As you stated you are working on two Groots for misfit138 and two for Refjim8. You already did Stoney (#6) and Exodus (#10).
I do not know or care what order you are doing them however FYI, this is a planned Christmas gift for my daughter and I do need to have this little guy in hand in enough time to plant him and get him under the tree. For the record, I am #11 on that list. If you think there is going to be an issue, I need to know now so I can make other arrangements.

I've had two non paying members, so their models got bumped to the next single - groot order. I had to skip anyone who was technically "next in line" if that person ordered two.
If you want a rush on yours, I can do that, I wasn't aware of a timeframe as you detailed.

I don't really need a rush as it is still a good two months plus away. I just don't know how your personal schedule and my place on the list sorts out to a high percent chance of receiving it for Christmas. What do you think my odds are as it stands right now?

I've been posting as many updates as possible, but I think alot of members are unable or unwilling to follow the thread for important updates.
I don't know how, but I'm going to bust my hump in an effort to get them all done before xmas.

Ok guys...my totally understanding girlfriend was cool with me canceling our Monday night cartoon-a-thon so I could hammer down on a Groot power session.
I now have 12 Groots cleaned, assembled, puttied and base coated.
That's not to say I will paint all 12 at once, but it'll save me time having that work done and help move these out a bit better.

Groot is my co-pilot.
I used Apoxie Sculpt to connect a large spring between Groot and the bottom of the pot, then dropped fake moss into the pot. Then I used Blue Tack to put the pot securely into the cup holder in my car. Now when I drive around my baby Groot dances around a bit.
