I think I've perfected printing the arms, much better results and resolution. I've got a few printed and will start filling orders soon as the post office is open after Xmas (26th?)

Thanks all, trying to get through the end of the school year (as a teacher) has been tough, but here's some renders:

We're just tweaking a few small things and cutting the head and arms for printing and pose-ability (not a real word). I'll get a sample printed on the FDM printer next week and share some more pics ASAP.
