Maybe Steve found a replica of his shield on theRPF. If so, then Sam will have an unhappy surprise during his first battle with it when he realizes it’s made of aluminum and not vibranium.

Not sure is this has been asked in these 20+ pages, but where did old Steve get the shield to pass on to Falcon? Thanos destroyed his shield.

Was it reforged in Wakanda? Was a new one created for him? Did he steal it from an earlier time period (which would have screwed a few things up)?

It's impossible to keep track of all the fan service moments. I was just thinking about the photo of skinny Steve on Peggy's desk. I knew it must've been the same photo from CA:TFA, but I just thought it was as good a photo as any. But today I thought about it in the context of the story - that it was the exact same photo Peggy pulled from his file at the end of the movie, and is probably the only photo she has of him.

I particularly liked the fact that it was that picture, because it reflects him as he was when she actually started to fall in love with him. There were probably TONS of pictures of Captain America she could have kept, but the one she kept, and obviously cherished, was of the skinny, sickly kid from Brooklyn who didn't know how to back down from a fight that needed fighting.

Cap is the biggest reason I stuck with these movies. (y)

I wonder why time travel was such a big deal? Peter Quill already owns a device that can see into the past, it was used in the first scene of GOTG. Seems like it was a normal thing for him to have. So, obviously some form of time travel tech is already there. I know he was taken out in the snap, but still....

That always struck me as more of an augmented reality map system. Likely old high detail survey or "security camera" footage, extrapolated and projected using your position so you can get your bearings, and follow old roads, tell where buildings used to be, etc. It even had the location of the orb marked in it, if I recall. That wouldn't be something a "time viewer" did. That seems more like someone took a map, and put a marker on the map, then had a Gizmo plot your course to the mark.
