i was cleaning my armor tonight with goo gone, after a trooping event this past weekend, i was trying to get out some real bad black marks out of the armor. my wife saw what i was doing and gave me a MR. CLEAN MAGIC ERASER. WOW it was amazing the scuff marks came out with ease. there was even old marks that i thought would never come out and they came out as well. i would recommend trying it ... just thought i would pass this on. a definite 2 thumbs from me :thumbsup :thumbsup rod

Those magic erasers are miraculous. My kids took a pencil to their brand new dresser the other day and the magic eraser took it all off. They are incredible..... crayons, pen, whatever.......

No surprise that it took the marks off the trooper armor.

It works good on the armor, but it works GREAT on the CA Trooper Boots. It actually takes some of the yellowing out if you scrub, and scuff marks disappear like magic. I've kept one in my armor bin for about 2 years now.

OK, which one:)

i'm wondering how this would fare on a painted fiberglass helmet?

Interesting thought. I have some scuff marks on the shoulder bells of my Vaderr armor, I think I might try it on them and see if it works. I'll let everyone know.

Looks like the Mars Staedtler plastic eraser I use for drafting.
[/b]

It may look similar online but the Mr clean one is larger, like a bar of soap but the texture is somewhat similar. Hand draftings still happens? I thought everyone used AutoCad now.....

I had never thought of the household cleaning suppies for polishing armor, cool tip.
