Here we have a expensive one, that I found in several brands and colors...
Marco CP-600 Chart Projector... It could be turned into a holo-projector, don't you think?

In episode 2 the tablet used in the ship yard is the same electric bowling game that was used in the BOBF, only painted grey instead of sand coloured with a few differences and a bit more going on on the back.

I think I IDd Sabine Wren desk tumbler. Kinto Sepia Tumbler 270ml. I think matches the size and shape. I believe they just painted it to disguise it.

Near Huyang's holoprojector, there seems to be another one of the Tri-clamp sight glasses as seen in Mando season 3. There are cheaper ones on Amazon, but the ones with the capsule wrap around the glass seem to be specific to brewing beer.
