Artifactory / SD Studios Status

Has anyone been in touch with Steve lately? I placed an advanced order on his suggestion for one of his Hal 9000 replicas on 6/28 and was told they were about 3-4 weeks out from shipping. It has been 8 weeks and I have received no reply from various emails to Steve, Artifactory, SD Studios, or even a PM on this board... and the phone number on the site says 'this number is not accepting calls'. :confused
