Me too. As soon as i dont train a few time i lose weight.

To gain u have to eat way more that u need :)
Junk food doesnt help at all. It more likey do the difference cause its no energy. Only junk ^^

U have to eat 4-5 times a day and really eat.
I thought i eat all day long but when i summed it up it wasnt enough.

I need like 2700kcal just to stay as i am.
So i have to eat like 3000-3500kcal to gain anything.

U probably eat too less.

Update

Like u need a 120-150g of protein a day
Cottage cheese has i guess 20g. So u have to eat like 150g cottage cheese in one meal.

Etc. U have to look what the stuff u eat contains.

Painted the first part of the leg. Took me 4hours and 15minutes (breaks included) :D
Tomorrow ill do the next part.

Any tips on how to puff paint the front and back spiders. I'm okay with the web's just abit scared to tackle the spiders unless I know what I'm doing.

The back spider i will do with slick deep red after the suit is sewn to draw over the sewing line

I did it leg by leg. Outline first and the filled the inside. When u paint right next to the outline the paint fuses together....as long as it is not dried :).

Just try it on a white part of the fabric left overs :)

Also when people here talk about puff painting there seems to be a difference. The puff painting never seems to turn out for me and seeps into the fabric. I think the tulip slick paint seems the best.

And i tried the short with the cup. And lol it kinda looks stange cause its slim and sticks out abit.

I wear the shorts and put in the other cup i have. It is wider and doesnt stick out that much.

I will post a picture tomorrow ^^

Have you ever tried latex paint? It is probably more expensive but I was wondering how easier it was and if you get air bubbles. I know some use latex for the weblines and puff paint for bricks or a combo of both

Yea i tried latex and it did not work:)
You can see it in my older thread.
First the color looks matte and kinda grey. I tried to apply it with a brush ...fail :D
In the endvi tried to do it using a bottle from tulip. Loool
It way easier and look brighter and better with tulip paint in my eyes :)

Yeah I think tulip slicks give the best results. Puff paint just soaks into the lycra too much for my liking. The slick gives a nice smooth finish and sits nicely On the web's.

Its a matter of taste :)
I love the tulip slick effect. I saw other suits done like i paint it.
The painted blue bricks gives a solid look like its a thick material skin and not so much like a pijama :D

I wonder how it feels to wear it.
To feel the weblines thru the fabric is cool :D like it is not just a body suit but like some kind of armor. Dont know how to explain :)

Yeah your suits looking awesome buddy. The blue bricks look better slick painted just like the movie.

El fett has the best :D
I saw it on his fb page. But he mixes the color himself and he is a pro. His looks straight the same thickness and is almost black but silver in the light. Really movie like.

Thats why i totally understand his prices and the huge list of orders he has :)

AND i am planning on a screen printed suit.
Also found a company tjat is willing to try to make 3d screen printing.
But that will be plan for next year or something :)
