Arkham City Harley Quinn

So last week I finished and premiered my Arkham City Harley costume at chicago's C2e2. Got some fun photos at con and did a little shoot with a buddy of mine as well.
I hadn't planned to do this costume initially, but I found the perfect shade of red leather and I knew it was fate. Everything is real leather, corset has 27 some spring steel bones, interfaced with canvas and front grommets. I made the black parts detach so I can switch them out with purple when I want to wear it as Arkham Asylum Harley instead. A few minor things I want to tweak or fix on it in the future, like a different chain on the belt, adding belt loops and making the front section lay a bit flatter to hide the grommets better... but I'm totally happy with it other than that.

That is such an awesome costume. Harley costumes seem to be more common now at cons so it's really great to see someone not only trying a different version but also having an extremely high quality outfit. Great job.

That is a very nice piece of tailoring there. I've always liked Harley Quinn as a character, with such a great look. The stud work and piping are very accurate.

We do a scary clown pub tour around here and I've always wanted to do a sort of Harley outfit, but never sure how to adapt it for a dude. Seems "scary clown" always resorts to IT or Kiss tribute act.

Great work, you wear it well. Out of curiosity, what is Harley's tattoo of? I could see it in the game demo, but not well enough to tell what it was. How did you do yours?
