Texture pads are a special make-up effects artists best friend. The easiest is to build up a few layers of liquid latex on an orange in a round shape. They make great pores. I used to go to the store and buy a variety of fruits and veggies and use alginate to make molds. Then I poured in Ultracal 30 to make cement positives. Then you can make many additional latex texture pads.

My only suggestion would be to use a bristle brush to soften the edges where there are creases and wrinkles, if you are interested in a softer look. The current treatment appears sort of sharpened or severe as if her were rock-like. I am thinking Ben from the Fantastic Four. If you tamp down , ever so lightly, those areas it will soften him up and make him more fleshy looking. Again, take this with a grain of salt. I also recommend working quickly and setting the sculpts in a corner. Think of them as future resource material to study. I really like the look. The aluminum already suggested a great start.
