I don't know if it's too late to suggest this, but we could use some 6 foot distance shots of the Vader Reveal mask (there are surprisingly little) at various degrees of tilt/nodding so we can do better comparisons. So for example, have the mask look directly into the camera, and then raise the camera a few inches, rephotograph, and so on, and lower the camera a few inches from the original position, and so on. Side shots are helpful too.

If you chance upon the ROTS Reveal mask, would love something similar, especially the crown area.

Heres the Tusken Raider masks' i did for the show.
I want to say that this kit was great, and Ill post a link as soon as i find out who made it, but it came with everything to make the mask. His instructions were not that great, but as you can see these turned out awesome.

For you Tusken Raider mask builder out there, heres a tip;
for aging your mask and wrappings, pour COLA on them and let them A*I*R dry in the sun
