can you give more info like approx thickness,material etc, I used to work with steel & alloy and am able to make some stuff at home still but would need more info.

Not sure on exact thickness.. Probably like 2 or 3mm at max width.. It's mainly flat though as you can see in pic, it starts to slope towards the edging.. Looking for something that will have that alloy / steel look.. Just the size of length of a credit card, just little thicker, side edges rounded, not sharp.. Any help would be great..

Yeah if it can be the same both sides.. Just as plain as you see it, rounded, edges on flat surface as you can see, made from hopefully Aluminum Alloy..

Hey g05ty.. Looks like right size.. Is it possible to have a slight slope from edge of it going in like a finger length or something.. If you check out the pic up top it has a bit of a slope / angled edge then meets the main section.. Not sure how to describe it.. Tempus any idea how to describe it? LOL..

ok i see... like a slight taper towards the edge, this would be possible with a little sanding work

This would make it like a blunt knife on the edges is this what youre looking for?? EDIT: the first pic looks like it has about 4mm taper

Yeah blunt.. If it's 3mm think, maybe taper it down 1.2mm or something with a little round edge.. Just so it's not sharp..

I'm a metalworker. I can make anything out of aluminum,or steel,and I can polish it to whatever finish you want. This looks more like a 10mm taper,or bevel. It's hard to polish scratches out of metal without the proper equipment.
