ANOVOS issues (ANOVOS ONLY discussion)

Also, keeping things oblique so no one gets in trouble, I have been told more announcements are forthcoming over the next few days, in part regarding other properties.
This is the email I just received from their customer service department. (At leasst they're answering quickly.)

This answer feels very weird. I have emailed again, asking for some more information.

Can they legally take over only 'parts' of Anovos? From their answer, it seems they have information on ALL of Anovos' outstanding orders, including those non-Star Wars.
 
For SW fans > future seasons of The Mandalorian, and upcoming Kenobi, Book Of Bobo Fett, Andor, and on, and on, means a lot of potential business.

BUT ONLY IF they deliver what we're owed + subsequently deliver good quality on a regular basis.

If Anovos just disappears and 'quietly forgets' all customers of the other items without anyone addressing the issue, NECA might find themselves being accused of shady practices. I can't imagine the number of outstanding Trek orders being insignificant.

Maybe it's a situation of the 'dotted line' not having been signed yet regarding other properties, but the whole thing feels rather fishy.
 
From what the guy I know said, the news will be good -- just give them time. They're trying to move as quickly on this as they can, but some things are going to take longer than others. NECA didn't buy Anovos out. It's "something different", and that tends to mean complicated.

Assuming this isn’t some elaborate hoax, this might be the best possible outcome for those who have been waiting for Anovos products for years.
At the moment, it seems that would apply only to those owed Star Wars product.

Both NECA and Rubies have the infrastructure to handle mass scale orders. Anovos never could.

This isn't Anovos hiding under a new shell like Korben FX.
Though I am pro this forum and others prevent Anovos from being a hermit crab. This debacle needs to haunt them forever.
 
Im not holding my breath, and do not have any idea to what the quality or accuracy may be on any of this. I just wanted my money back to begin with, now I have to wait longer to see if what I paid for is worth it? No information given on what molds are being used, ect? Yeah. Im dubious.
 
well we shall see...i agree this is something we should make sure is not forgotten.

meanwhile...those replies from Inquisitor Peregrinus reminded me of this clip - being slightly optimistic here if this is an entirely new company without any of the people from the last one :)
 
Just got an email from them obviously they have access to anovos orders if they are working to fulfill them.

Some interesting points is they are not taking new orders other than the last of those 4 runs V2 shore, Royal Guard, Mando, and Flame.

I have received everything I've ordered from Anovos except the Jyn Erso. From the AT-AT driver ensemble to recently the GB legacy pack. They take forever 4+ years in some cases, but the quality is there so if NECA and Rubies carry on the quality and improve on their delivery and communication then I'm all for it.

What the actual F? I just screenshotted my unfulfilled orders as before I felt burned, now I feel straight laughed at. I wasn’t angry before. Now I am.
