Guys... I just got word from a very nice rep at Anovos (who usually responds to my messages, even if it takes a while) that my Solo TFA jacket would be shipping within a week, then a few minutes later, this email arrived:

The rep actually told me a few weeks ago that things were about to start moving, but I figured I'd hold off reporting it here until something more solid surfaced. I was also told today that this is just the start of them filling in their backlog. It's a Festivus miracle!
I know it's been very easy to hate on them for a long time now, but if this is for real, which it certainly appears to be, and a sign of things to come, I'm genuinely happy both for them and all of use that are waiting for things.

Yea I moved too since I placed my order about 2 years ago. I've repeatedly tried to update my shipping address and sent multiple emails with 0 response. Well if my helmet ever ships I can be confident knowing that some lucky person will get a free helmet.I certainly hope so. Currently awaiting the confirmation of my address change.

Man, this thread is like watching people in an abusive relationship. As long as the abuser keeps promising to be better, the past is forgiven. And even if they do get better, that shouldn't absolve them of what colossal ******** they are. No one/ business deserves to continue to be in business after **** like this.
It really is pathetic.
