I mean I can certainly take it down if you guys want... I wasn’t the one who posted it to Facebook though so it’s pretty much out in the wild already regardless of the confidentiality clause. So you are right. It is already in the public domain due to Facebook. HOWEVER, it should not have posted there either without permission. That person violated terms of agreement in the email, and by proxy so does your post. Its says so in the CONFIDENTIAL notice.I mean I can certainly take it down if you guys want... Therefore, we ask that if you have corresponded with any of these three entities (Disney LFL, CBS, NBC) concerning your Anovos products, shipping, refunds, or lack thereof, please provide us with any such correspondences including: emails, letters, contact information, any representations or responses given, etc.
Um no... the entire email is confidential.Okay, THIS part is not confidential - if anyone here communicated with Disney, LFL, NBC, CBS etc. directly about their Anovos experience, please submit that correspondence to the case. As I understand it they already have examples of such correspondence but want even more to show patterns or something.
All, i did clarify with the legal team this is okay to share, and that the latest one is an open question/request for information for those that have interacted with LFL, Disney, CBS, connected to Anovos. They also said it was okay to share the "update emails" so past ones too.
They did update me that they are not taking on additional plantiffs at this time though.
My apologies again if I came off as a killjoy... just trying to be careful.

On September 16, 2019, we argued against Defendants Anovos Productions LLC, CBS Studios, Inc., Disney Lucasfilm Ltd., and NBCUniversal Media, LLC’s motion to dismiss this case. To date, the Judge has not issued a decision on this matter. However, the Judge indicated that he wanted us to be more specific with respect to some allegations (provide some more information regarding the manner, time and content of misrepresentations etc.) As a result, the Judge indicated that he is likely to grant Defendants’ motion. However, the Judge also indicated that (with respect to Anovos) we should be able to survive the next motion to dismiss, after we provide the detailed information. However, the Judge also wanted us to be more specific with respect to the Studio Defendants (CBS Studios, Inc., Disney Lucasfilm Ltd., and NBCUniversal Media, LLC). Specifically, the Judge asked us to provide more information as to their knowledge of the complaints by consumers, or similar information that would show that they could also be held liable in this action. Therefore, we ask that if you have corresponded with any of these three entities concerning your Anovos products, shipping, refunds, or lack thereof, please provide us with any such correspondences including: emails, letters, contact information, any representations or responses given, etc.

How long ago did you send it? As per their last reply to me (Aug 20th) they were done, but would ship "some time" after today. Not for me... but definitely try Disney. I may try Disney again since Ive heard nothing from Anovos.Jagjaguwar, not sure why you are still waiting for them to give you a refund.
Dispute it with your CC company. If that doesn't work contact Disney, LFL by the emails in this post. I know once Disney, LFL have been contacted the refunds happen really quick.
This means that, IF ANY of us have had correspondence directly with Disney, Lucasfilm, CBS, etc. (anyone listed above) that we send a copy of this correspondence - ESPECIALLY AS FAR BACK AS WE CAN FIND, and supply it to the firm. Myself, I contacted Chris Holm at LFL and Disney directly in September of 2017 and the firm has a copy of that. Chris Holm eventually referred me to Jessica Santin but the opening volley was late September of 2017.
If any of you have any correspondence with them, please send it in. I suspect that what they are trying to determine now is if Disney (in my case) "knew" about the crap going on at Anovos, making them party to fraud. And yes, they knew. We just have to supply proof of that.
That is how I read it and would LOVE to drag Disney down in this matter. They could have stepped in to stop this crap a long time ago.
The ruling I want is that Disney funds completion of all orders and/ or refunds immediately and then dissolves Anovos. THAT would be awesome.
