Just as a matter of interest, still waiting for a refund from October 2018.

Anyone getting replies from Anovos- someone seems to be manning the system as they keep sending out the new product and discount offers emails?
One thing that really works is if you paid by credit card - you can go to VISA or American Express and have them charge Anovos "back" for your purchase. You will have to present a case but we're all pretty iron clad here. One Kylo guy has done it already - successfully.
Anovos has been telling me that all of the Kylo costumes were on this ship that came in (that I can now mention because others have mentioned it here) but the only thing on there were the Rey costumes. All other costumes are still in China.
Again, go through all of their Star Wars products and you will see that Rey is the only thing delivering after this magic ship came in.
And they are only too eager to point out when something has arrived.
