Looks nice enough, but I personally really didn’t care for this design. I’d be all over the Mimban stormtrooper though (not the mud trooper).

I like that they seem to be making delivery projections that are a little more conservative. Not gonna keep repeating the same sentiments that have been made over and over, just gonna say I hope the increase in activity continues, and translates over to existing orders/customers as well. I think if they’re able to turn things around, it’ll be good for the hobby.

All that takes me to is an email link. They must have blocked my chat feature on my account LOL

Nah, they go live from 1pm EST to about 4pm EST. Today only one person was on there. But they go live at different times lately. They are very short staffed lately so their hours have been wonky... they used to be live for 8h.. now 3-5h on a good day. There was a period a few weeks back i didn't catch any live chats.

Just check periodically during the day... and if you get timed out due to busy day or short staff keep chiming back in... they always reply to me eventually.

So i just got some info that the shipping back log should see some significant improvement in the near future. Not sure how much i can pass along at this time but it was from a reliable source. I was under the impression that back logged shipping should start seeing light of day late this past week and ramping up the next couple weeks.

Id suggest giving them at least 10 (of the 14) business day lead time and if nothing follow up with CS

For what it's worth, I ordered an in-stock item in mid-December. First quoted as 10-14 days. They missed that. Then support quoted me another 20-30 days. They missed that, then support quoted me another 20-30 days. They missed that too. Mainly what I'm hearing from support is that they are really sorry, but they're really behind on their shipping and that they are understaffed. I knew pre-orders were a crap shoot, but I mistakenly thought "in-stock" meant actually sitting on a shelf in their warehouse and that all they needed to do was slap a label on it and send it out the door. I don't see any reasonable scenario where 14 days turns into 3 months, other than they don't actually have the item.
 
If anyone here ordered the FOTK armour kit but wants a refund and is having problems with their refund, I would like to take over your slot. I’m already in the queue, but would like another set. No problem with the wait for me. We get Anovos to transfer the name, and I’ll pay you directly. Win win for all parties.

Sorry to hear that. Yes i have an in-stock order that has dragged out too. I am approaching my first 14 day plus 20-30 days soon. They also require business days... so that excludes weekends and company holidays. I have ramped up my presence on the site, but very polite.

The in-stock shipping issue started summer of 2018. They were spot on for me before that.

If you've waited that long then you should file a more substantial CS claim either email the CEO and start asking to verify they actually have your item. But open a full on ticket. Then start talking to your CC or bank to get your money back or have them persuade Anovos to provide the item you purchased within x number of days. That's my advice for you...

I am giving them the benefit of the doubt based on the info i got the other day. But if my item isn't shipped in the next week or 2, ill be pursuing my own advice.
 
I have never used their customer service before, but I did just ask about my TLJ FO helmet and asked if I would be included in the first wave of armor kits ( I did order within 5 seconds of getting the email offer. We'll see what answer I get.......

Word on the street is the Boba/Jango Jetpack kit has been pushed back to Fall Schedule (September - Late December) not that its a surprise
