... it might be little modified at the handle?!

The chest rig on the ISB Tac Team Leader looks very much like Spiritus Systems Micro Fight chassis or a similar chest pouch. When I saw it I looked over at mine and was like hmm.

The ISB tactical agent's chestrig would appear to be made from a Viper tactical VX chest rig:

The elastic sleeves over the buckles is a dead giveaway.
