I have an STL I designed and share for free: Star Wars STLsSo I got a Roly Kit but now I need that oval piece to cover the logo. Has anyone here made one or can anyone here make me one?
Welcome to the club. That's really cool, exactly what I'm looking for. Unfortunately I don't have a 3D printer.
OK, first, I have to say that this feels very very familiar.Saw this in the latest episode of Andor S2 and trying to see if I can find it. I am guessing the interior components are custom, but the case looks like it might have existed. Any thoughts?
I can print one for you. PM me pleaseThat's really cool, exactly what I'm looking for. Unfortunately I don't have a 3D printer.
Clock boxes are a thing and very probably an actual real one.Saw this in the latest episode of Andor S2 and trying to see if I can find it. I am guessing the interior components are custom, but the case looks like it might have existed. Any thoughts?
Im not watching the series, is this prop suppose to be a compass?Saw this in the latest episode of Andor S2 and trying to see if I can find it. I am guessing the interior components are custom, but the case looks like it might have existed. Any thoughts?
Its a timer/clock.Im not watching the series, is this prop suppose to be a compass?
It’s basically a timer. The character is tracking how much time they have left.Im not watching the series, is this prop suppose to be a compass?
I was searching a last night with no luck. There were things that were similar, but nothing exact. The hole in the lid is unique. I searched for several different things…Geiger meter, radio, light meter, camera, lens, travel vanity, makeup, shaving kit, travel watercolor set, tobacco case, clock box. Will keep trying.OK, first, I have to say that this feels very very familiar.
Two things cone to mind that I have seen in real life. One is a camera operators photo meter for testing exposure settings. Kodak or similar. And yes all of our electronic gadgets used to have mechanical equivalents in the real world.
The other is a radiactivity meter found in places that used Geiger counters. But some portable counters would look very similar to this device. Potentiometer inside with a view through eyepiece. No, I don't know how or why they worked but this is what they looked like.
If I had my choice, I would go with canera photo exposure meter. Like an f-stop assisting tool.
Could be totally custom but it feels so de ja vu that I think it is a found item.
Thanks! That’s interestingIt’s basically a timer. The character is tracking how much time they have left.
Found it quite nice as well. Base looks a bit like a Glock to me (also need to mention I have close to zero knowledge of guns, so might be something else) with a muzzle, scope, and other smaller stuff added.Do we have a thread I can't find on Andor's blasters? The one Bix was using in 206 was cool.
Those are Deep Space Nine Raktajino cupsThe mug Vel is holding I'm fairly certain is a vintage glass hot toddy or Irish coffee mug with a metal sleeve. There are a couple of styles- these look like they have curved edges at both the top and bottom of the sleeve rather than the bottom edge being straight or forming a lip for the glass to rest in. I think the sleeve is stainless because of the contrast with the gold rim on the tea cup in the picture with Cinta. The gold tinge in the picture with Vel could be reflected color from the sugar bowl/lighting effects. The refs are from the "Building Worlds" BTS and the actress's IG.
This listing on eBay looks fairly close- there are a ton on eBay and Etsy: Saga Form Tea Latte Irish Coffee Set Of 4 Glasses With Metal Sleeves And Spoons | eBay
