I'm a sucker for details and it just looks awesome, so #14 has my vote.
I'd love to know what were used for parts for the winning entries, so hopefully that will be revealed once the contest ends.

All the entries sent in pics of there receipts and the parts used. After the voting is over, and the winner announced, I would hope that all the builders would then post Pics, tricks, and tips, on how they made their individual sabers. (after the contest is over, that is. )
I too, would at the very least, like to put some of the ideas used on these sabers to use in some custom sabers of my own.

Wow, lots of excellent entries! :eek I must say I'm torn on a couple. I think I'll go with #2. I really can't tell what the parts were originally, and that's a selling point for me.

Wow, these are awesome! I gotta go with #4. I think this is the best contest I've seen. Wish I'd had time/money to join in, but they wouldn't have been cool as these by a mile.
