Can I make a suggestions that in the blade holders there be a recessed area for neopixel pcbs holders? 22mm wide and 7-8
Mm deep would be great....

The problem is that entire portion is only around 7mm x 24mm.

to do so you would no longer have an accurate emitter bell, or one that was dangerously close to breaking every time you put a blade in

Neck would be plenty strong on a solid aluminum static hilt...

the red box is the reality of what a recessed neopixel would require with the geometry of this saber.

I got the quote back and have decided that
Each kit will now also come with a Yuma control box and lever.
