Did Sons of Guns get canned too? A lot more assault weapons show up on that show than did on American Guns.

I love guns but hate both shows. American guns tries to make gunsmithing out to be complicated and the bloated show prices made the show unrealistic and I'm also surprised the haven't killed anyone yet with the over the top pyrotechnics.Also found it funny when a rare stolen gun ended up on the show. Sons of Guns bugged me because the head guy wasn't even allowed to own guns because his wife and the paperwork for the shop was in the guy who did most of the work got treated like crap and eventually quit. That and thanks to them the price of Saigas doubled.

Supposedly it was decided a while back, but just announced. 'American Guns' Cancelled -- Series Under Scrutiny After Shooting

Again, just glad it's off the air.

Yes it was canned due to being a bad show.
Only "reality tv" can take great topics like guns, motorcycles, tattoos, and turn it into soap opera b.s.!

yeah Yahoo news said that it was canceled after hundreds of complaints which makes me think they were looking to get rid of the show and this provided the perfect excuse.
