Aliens APC - 1/12 - ** **

Re: Aliens APC - 1/12 - ** 37th upd., pg 19 **

Wasili,

I'm interested in purchasing a kit and can pay the Euro 399 (plus Euro 45 for S&H to the USA) immediately once a complete kit is in the box ready to be shipped.

Sorry, but I'm not willing to pay any advance or down payment. Given current situations, I hope you understand.

This IS an amazing kit and truly a monumental task you have set for yourself. You're almost there. Stay focused on what you can control and you'll be done in no time.

Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks,
Chris

Ive been following this since you started it. I cant find the words for explaining how fantastic this looks. Its def one of the best Ive ever seen.

And you did this on the free time, and with a family?

Being a father of 2 I must say thats most impressive.

I'm in the same boat. I'll gladly buy the kit but not until it is finished.

Re: Aliens APC - 1/12 - ** 37th upd., pg 19 **

Hi

Read thru the thread. No matter what, this is REALLY a great effort. Don't mind having one for myself at this scale eventhough I am n the mist of preparing to build and upgrade the 1/35 Halcyon kit.

Re: Aliens APC - 1/12 - ** 37th upd., pg 19 **

What is going on with this? I paid the rest as requested many months ago and was expecting a kit shortly thereafter...

Re: Aliens APC - 1/12 - ** 37th upd., pg 19 **

Sorry Jock,

Life got in the way. And on top of that recently lost someone very close to me. Now helping out his family take care of things.

Will get back in about two to three weeks.

Best,
Wasili

Re: Aliens APC - 1/12 - ** 37th upd., pg 19 **

Wasili - I am also interested in possibly purchasing this kit if it isn't too late. I've noticed several others have expressed their interest. Please, once you have returned to the project, if you could restate the payment options /requirements is available. Till then please take care of the more important things - your work on this project is exceptional and am happy to wait.

Dear Wasili,

I fully understand the complexity of making studio scale? Or the likes of as i have done so myself in the past . Let alone turning it into a kit that is hugeee. I am on your prepaid list and am excited as this will be the ultimate APC.

But 2012 is nearly done and (no further updates) leave one to wonder and worry???

Please post an update, ( for all of us) whom have prepaid and stayed steadfast behind you and your project?
Best of regards Michael M.

I think you better look into getting your money back, check the last time he posted on this thread and read how many other people have paid and had to get an act of congress to get their money back in his own words he said this project was a faliure when will people learn about giving up front money, and this kit is not studio scale the studio scale filming model was 4 feet long good luck.

Wasili, I got hit by Hurricane Sandy and lost the roof. With the lack of updates and the need to use the money for something to keep the rain off my familes heads please send me a refund. Sorry, Jock

Thank you Ray for your thoughts and concerns. You are correct Sir, this does indeed bother me. That we have had (no updates) in ages? As for it not being studio scale i am very much aware it is not the same size as the filming model. That is why i stated "or the likes of"? In 85 i was at Pinewood Studio for a visit with my friend Phil Rae. Where we saw and held several of the filming miniatures/ models. It was a restricted area camera's were not allowed.
I apologize for my poor choice of words hey i'm old:facepalm.

Wow that's cool that you got to see the filming models if there were only a time machine to go back to see these things, that old thing gets in my way daily where are my glasses? Lol.
