Alien / Full size Seat & Console from Nostromo Mother Room

Hello there, I have now achieved my last project related, once again,to the Nostromo.
But no more carboard models because I really wanted to get a full practical prop.
I have always been fascinated by the seat and console from the mother room used
by Dallas and Ripley... so you guess what ?

This was my first step (seven months ago)...



...a plastic model for reference.
Then the second one...



...my first cutting in chipboard (one of the two "legs" of the seat).
Then the final result :
