Thank you Mr. Gilman, what an honor to see your comment in this post!Middle one looks the best.
There is a really cool detail I noticed in the wood grain of the Loki mask and I would like to ask you if it was done on purpose or it's just me reading too much into this
I noticed that the wood grain on its left side is composed of only parallel curved lines, a clean design, while its right side has a more intrinsic, wavy style, with lines merging with others, and some wood swirls.
I always interpreted this as a representation of duality, a theme present in the film. Kind of like the left side represents order and control, and right side represents chaos. Especially because I noticed in a deleted scene of the movie, when the Vikings bury the chest, there's a shot showing a depiction of Loki, and it looks like half his face is smiling and the other half is angry or mad.
I think I'm reading too much into this, but I found it very interesting. It's amazing how much incredible work went into making this film. The Loki Mask prop is a work of art in itself (same with the chest where it was hidden).
