Ok heres the latest on the AES.

The real highlights of the costume currently are that we are making initial pulls of helmets from the mold. This will allow us to get the first run painted and assembled.

The undersuit has started. You can see the undersuit shirt mock up in the pics as well as a redsign of the lower shoulder scallops. ALL of the hard parts are now ready to mold and we should have some initial pulls soon and some pics of the backpack etc.

Yes they had that many lights. Now they all weren't all on. Some burned out during production. But I think it looks cool with them all on.
I can always omit some if people like.

Power source for the Standard helmet with upper light

back up power source for the Ripley helmet.
I don't know if I will do this on that go out. Do you guys like this idea or would you prefer an internal power source?

Was the box with the W-Y stickers, used on the screenused suits? That is, did the actors have such a box somewhere on their costume?
