Did you see the Black Friday deal on Evike? $200 for their PR. Hell, the working counter and airsoft parts are worth that. I couldnt resist buying one for another wall hanger.
BTW as others have mentioned, Matt is a top notch guy who does phenomenal work. I have him build a deactivated 870 inside me spas cage for my Hero live fire PR.

I saw it yesterday and it was at $220. I got the one from their Ebay store for $220 plus shipping which was only about $15.
If I had an extra $200 I would snag one up but I am leaning toward Matt's full metal deluxe super PR.
Is there a current real firing Thompson copy that would work for a PR???
I saw a genuine Thompson M1A1 for $18,000 on a gun auction sight.
I saw it yesterday and it was at $220. I got the one from their Ebay store for $220 plus shipping which was only about $15.
If I had an extra $200 I would snag one up but I am leaning toward Matt's full metal deluxe super PR.

I have started on my 2nd hero PR and these few items costed me hundreds so far , I have a few more parts on the way now , but here is a real thompson lower with all the internals , whew...getting there so far ......

FYI a member here has a real Spas pump handle for sale. Only $70. If I can swing it I will pick it up but if anyone else is dying for it I would say snag it.

Just got my friends Matrix Pulse Rifle and this thing is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As soon as I can I'm gonna snag one for me.
It ain't perfect and nothing said about it's inaccuracies are untrue. There are a number of things wrong but overall holy crap on stick sweet, mother of pearl, this thing is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Feels great, weight is awesome. Trigger, safety selector switches, mag release bolt all work. The detail is really good.
I'm gonna post pics compared to the real prop Pulse Rifle and a real Thompson and you will see.
They nailed 95%+ of this thing. Why not go the extra 5% I'll never know but holy crap for $200 bucks you can't go wrong.
Lamborghini's are nice, Toyota's are as well but I'm gonna put this in the Beamer Category. Not it's not a Lamborghini but that costs over 2k in Pulse Rifle world.

Gonna probably do a re-paint although the one it has is very good except the SPAS cage. Needed to be black.
Add sling attachments and sling.
SD Studios Grenade inside
Noble clip attachment and two extra mags. Guess I'll have to make resin copies of the mag base.
Round the rear of the shroud, etc
But straight out of the box this thing is awesome. Honestly the only problem that jumps out is the SPAS cage needs a black paint job.
Lottery-Matsuo's deluxe.
Public School Special Education teacher-This will do fine.

Unless you have Class 3 paperwork for a full auto Thompson forget the M1A1. The TM1 is the ticket. I just bought the Evike and have to return it tomorrow. Motor burned out after 8 rounds. You can switch out the 16" barrel for a 12" provided you can get a SBR tax stamp where you live. I built my live fire PR after years of thinking, planning etc. Matts PR's are the best you can get. I got the Evike because for $230 shipped....it was a no brainer.

The Tokyo Marui Thompson clones sold by Cybergun/Cyma, (base gun used for the Evike PR) etc are reversed engineered so TM parts will fit. You can pick up replacement motors on ebay all day long. I think someone mentioned these come with an 8.4v battery. Ditch it and get a 9.6v stick and you will be much happier with the performance of the gun.

Well I gave my Buddy his Pulse Rifle. He was so excited he didn't let the darn thing out of his grip for the whole visit. He was a very happy camper and that is saying something with everything he has got going on.
I've got him and me both down for Noble Slings and Mag adapters.
I promised him I would get him those upgrades and make the mods, re-paint etc.
Gonna get me one ASAP.
I shot it the other day after getting the correct battery and holy cow was it fun. Kind of sounds like a Pulse Rifle. Very cool. I really can't overstate how cool this thing is and how much fun shooting it was.

Hi I can only speak of the pr that I own myself as I have not seen any of the many other I am sure realy good pr s out there but I purchased an m1a1 thompson long before the vcr bill and later the c and g kit , long story short I am pleased as punch with it even though it runs out at a little under £600 (£350 for the kit and £250-£200 for the Tokyi Marui Thompsonbut the instructions were on a cd as photos they were clear and easy to follow and the end result is a sturdy reliable replica that I am proud to own so if this is any help you are welcome . P.S. the snow wolf p r was not around when I began this project but it looks very close.

Any new updates on this old thread Tom ??? As far as I could remember , I thought we delt with each other years ago on the Aliens Pulse rifle differences , I knew this was somewhere...LOL....any new news on a PR to date yet ??? I have got these new parts , to build my 2nd one , and so should my buddy Robiwon , is starting to get parts together too....

Okay so this is a day of weird coincidences.
I got my friend this Pulse Rifle for a gift because he was going through a tough time and at that time I was doing well. Got myself one as well but had to sell it when things went down hill.
Anywho I had it for a while and was going to mod it for him, fix the rear square part and make it round, extra mags, the SD studio grenades, Noble sling, new paint job, etc. Did not get to it and finally told him to take it home as it will be a while before I can get to the mods. After about a year or so I told him to bring it back because I am tired of moving all his upgrade parts around as I seem to always be moving, packing, rearranging, etc.
After months of forgetting he finally remembered and brought it over last night. It's funny you brought this thread up today.
So I will be getting started on this ASAP. I think it will look pretty cool as the Airsoft turned out nice and the mods will really make it look sweet.
Hopefully in about a year when the wife is done with school I can get going on my own Pulse Rifle again. I had the MR Motion tracker as well and that having to go still hurts.
I will post pics when I get started.
The other odd coincidence,...or is it??? The Wife and I stopped by the Dollar Store and I saw a version of the King James Bible for $1. Now as a church going Christian family we have numerous bibles but for some reason I felt I should buy this one. No clue why, I struggle with the bible and when I showed it to the Mrs she pointed out it is the old version and as she knows I prefer the more modern versions. All the "And they shall,..bla, bla, bla " gets hard to follow.
I open it there in the store and what verse do I turn right to I kid you not:
Exodus 25:10

My hand to God a true story. Right to the Ark of the Covenant. One of my two Holy Grail props, the other being a 5ft Falcon and the Ark is one I am actually getting thanks to Phillip over at Rebelscum.
That was it. Even though money is tight and we are watching every penny something told me to buy it and then turning to the Ark first shot,..done deal.
An interesting day indeed.
