three options, these are two of them. STL files. As to the accuracy, leave that to someone else. If this could be easily modified to be screen accurate, then great, if not....ah well

The Battlefront helmet model could probably be used as a basis to sculpt something accurate. The face mask is partly asymmetrical, but the dome is made symmetrical, so one side has to be completely resculpted.

There was a forum called Facepunch that had loads of models from games, but is has closed down.

I can try to match the shapes of the Battlefront model to my scans as much as possible. It won't be perfect. And I can guide whoever takes up modeling it to make it more accurate.

I will give anything a go, its only time lol. Although these programs i can now get hold of are way different to 3ds Max and Autocad, which is where i cut my teeth on modelling stuff many yonks back

I could probably do that. I have some pretty poor but okayish experience in blender. However, I usually take my time since im just lazy or have too much study to undetake, since I have to do like 20 hours of college, 15 hours of studying and like 10 hours devoted to my job.

Also, is that bf model next to your scan? if so, holy crap, that's actually really close. dimensions off here and there but overall looks like a great base!

Looking pretty good so far. What else do you plan to modify it? I do notice it's pretty high poly, though that is the case with most files taken from games.

I don't plan to work on this further. I have other things I'm working on. I just thought I could tweak the model more towards accuracy before someone else took over and made a more high poly model.
