Excellent pics MikeyX. Thanks for sharing :thumbsup

I can't wait for my roman's parts to arrive.....

No problem :)

Did you order one of the kits direct from Roman before Xmas? I am waiting on a couple of parts that I ordered from him back then before they all sold out - but I can't quite remember when they were going to ship.

Yep, I got in on that deal before Xmas. I don't remember when they were supposed to ship either. I made sure to keep the confirmation email, so I'll have to dig it up and double check. I'm excited to get those parts, but I've got plenty of other projects to keep me busy in the mean time so I haven't checked on the progress.

Wonky... lopsided, not quite right, working but not perfect, etc...

That's how I use it. Ex. The OT Vader masks are wonky in terms of symmetry.

Ok, that makes sense. Thanks.

The parks is good enough that only a bunch of nerds who hang out on prop forums would find a problem with it. :)

I wonder if Roman will ever do another run of parts. I've always wanted to own both a pristine and weathered versions of his OWK saber, but being a 16 year old who works part-time (as in two 4-hour workdays per week, with paychecks coming in every other week) at just over minimum wage, I can barely afford them considering all the other costs I have as a teen and also my fairly long wish-list of various movie props (mostly swords) that I would like to obtain. Looks like I'll have to wait. If he doen't do a run, would anyone be willing to offer to sell their OWK sabers to me once they grow tired of them?

:lol Anyone NOT hanging out in prop forums would find the Parks stuff good enough because they wouldn't know any better :lol

Seriously though, the Parks driod caller is a real disappointment when I finally traded for one, especially when placed next to a real Kobold. For starters the top's put on backwards, and there don't seem to be a way to open it up to correct it.

You can remove the top, as revealed in another thread. You have to tap it out from the bottom by putting a screwdriver or something through the hole in the bottom and hammering away until the top comes off. Then to bang it back on (it's a tight fit) in the correct position...which is hit and miss, since once it's even just a little bit on you can't rotate it.
