Don't change a thing with the heads, they are perfect and unique!
Figures are looking pretty sweet Katsu-mate !..., don’t see any scars , eye patches , glasses , tatts or disfigured one’s though !?...., not to mention facial follicles !...., perhaps you’ll be adding such touches during the ‘ painting ‘ stage , or not ?...., what about some with artificial/cybernetic replacement limbs
?
After all , as you’ve mentioned beforehand these ‘ soldiers ‘ are meant to exist in the “ real “ world , and are battle/operationally hardened.
It’s still amazing to see the level of detail and skills you’re investing with this build ( Arigato Gosaimasu ! ) but your previous post #1,269 !?...., well.... you asked for it !!!

Brilliant work Katsu, but that guy on the end is letting one rip!

They are no longer headless monks!
Awesome work Katsu-san.
Loving the expressions with the heads and the interaction demonstrated between the soldiers. Looking great!
Still looking for the one asleep with his buddy shaking him awake.![]()
Adding my praise, I think they came out brilliantly
There he goes again....making us all look bad......
I love that armor!
what are the black parts made from, is that metal or plastic or something else?
The exoskeleton (along with everything else) looks fantastic.
Very appropriate for metal armor to be made of metal!
I love all those intricate scribing lines
Fantastic armored exoskeleton! Very nicely done!
Ok, 10 figures down with poses. 12 seats available. There is still a chance...Hey wake up!

Wow! I can't even paint a figure much less build my own! I love the exoskeleton and body armor!
The amount of detail is simply amazing! Every time I look at this thread I walk away more and more in awe!
Looks very good Katsu-sanYour work is interesting; the frontier between mechanic and organic is really well defined. You have, from one side, the mechanic/design of the Drop Ship, with its sharp lines/angles, etc. From the other, the organic/human side of the crew, with their different poses and faces and not so sharp lines/angles...but from their weapons and exoskeleton. Love it

Today. a rental high-pressure washer will arrive. We will wash up the outside walls and windows covered with dust by the storm we had a few weeks ago. That's A job.
I will post the progress a bit later.
Katsu
We did that last year since we had some green algae on the one side of the house. It was amazing what a difference it made everywhere else though, but it took forever.
Those figures are really turning out beautifully!
We've only had one snow so far this year. We went with a Polar Bear as a mother, daughter and me project (one of the dogs was interested too.View attachment 1420942View attachment 1420943View attachment 1420944View attachment 1420945
