AAV Drop Ship

Wow! All these good wishes from everyone!
A healthy family is the best thing in the world. Next to good food, of course. And a beautiful garden. I'm sure the AAV will come back better than ever in due time.

Katsu-San, so happy for your family. Always wishing the best for you my friend.

Thank you! We are wishing the very best for you all, too!

It's wonderful to see how things are finally turning around for you Katsu-san. You're blessed with a beautiful family, a positive attitude and of course, mad modelling skills. :)

Thank you so much, skiffy-san. I am basically a pessimistic man and sometimes a bit negative. But my daughters tell me all the time 'You are enough careful man already, Should be a bit positive and bit optimistic'.

what a great picture of mother and daugher!

Also, the return of the bento box! Looks delicious

And the model is looking pretty good too

Thank you so much, Analyzer-san. I'm so happy that I can cook a bento box again.

Making a lunch bento box for my wife and daughter is very challenging job to this old man. And sharing the model building with my friends is challenging work for me too. It always gives me a good solution far better than I do it just for myself.

Talaa..

Today's special...
Just a sandwich bento! I pickled those vegetables by myself!!!

Me and my daughter will have some leftover sushi I made last night. :p

All the best,

katsu

Please listen to your daughters, Katsu-san.They are wise ;) let the sun shine in and open the blinders!

If I was to come over to your place for whatever reason (Do I need one???) I'd be like, please make me some of that great looking food you always post here.
And glad to hear things are getting better, models better, family, all that stuff.

I NEVER have left over sushi.

Haha, I made it a bit too much. :p

You're right, George-san. They taught me many things. 'Once you get old, obey your kids in addition to obey your wife of course.'

Thank you so much, Michael-san!
'Cooking' is my middle name.

Thank you!!

You’re a very , very lucky man my friend !;)
Indeed, now I have healthy family and many good friends. What else I need? :)
Ged-san how, is your father doing? I hope everything going fine there.

Here's the latest pics of the model.

I was a little stray about the design, but I decided to go back to the basics and refine it a little. I think I added too many ideas and features along the way. This will be the one of the idea I tried this morning. I moved the wing a few inches ahead, so that I could fix the nose heavy proportion a bit better. If it holds a bulky vehicle or vessel under the belly, it is gonna be a good looking proportion.

Thank you so much for stopping by and see my thread, Stu-san!
Hope you enjoy my build.
I'm struggling now but many kind support will help me so good.

So glad this is progressing, even with your having to go back and fix the damage. I love watching your projects take shape.

Thank you always, Tom-san. I'm not making a good progress for now but I'm so happy that you are always beside me.

Please don't feel discouraged, Katsu-san! ;)
How about a few small steps every day? This way you don't stress and yet you make progress.
Above all: remind yourself every day why you like what you like, and the fact that this is your passion.Very important.
Be strong & enjoy what you do !

I've read these comments early this morning. And I've read other comments you all gave me before, again.
I can't describe any better but I felt something is rising in my mind. So, I cook a bento and waved my hand off to my wife away to her work. Then I got to my work bench.

Here's a result of 4 hours.

The nose section itself weight about a pound heavy.
If I missed to assemble any of mechanical parts, it should have been a big trouble to fix it up.

Thank you very much, gentlemen.
