I did. It's an Anycubic Photon Mono X. Using ABS resin. These printers are very reasonably priced now at around 350 bucks. I paid 800 a year ago.
Just found this thread. Incredible build and a project I'd like to tackle. I have the Photon M3, which has a slightly smaller capacity compared to the Mono X. Did this max out your printer or was there still some room (basically wondering if I'll have to scale down the model for the M3). Also, were the files pre-supported?

It did max out my print volume. I would look at maybe printing it at 1/24 scale instead of 1/20. And maybe slice the fuselage in half. The files are not presupported.
