Not my build but a very interesting one since it was not approached from a prop or costuming making angle judging by the technique.

awesome... to bad the helmet doesn't fit, though not a surprise since kid's heads are bigger in relation to their body.

The 4 ft dolls are $99 there is also a Vader doll in this size. Could serve as the basis for master forms for child scale armor. With some knee pieces, a helmet and some better shoes I think this could be a really great costume.
