Also, the map needs to be modified here.

Hi chaps. Its been a while being here, a few life's curveballs this year, but lovely to see the amazing ID finds from you guys, Shamon & Read amongst others.

Shamon...Just regarding the Tamiya Panzer lll M/N part being incorrect, that part shown is incorrect, but the correct part is still in this kit, albeit a little modified. One of the axle parts to give it a name of sorts.
The Hasegawa 1/72 Tiger 1 isn't a Falcon donor.

Thank you, Stu!
I also felt a little uncomfortable with this shape, but I didn't check it well. I regret it. Please let me know if you notice my mistake from now on.

lol, that means John can soon correct these maps once Shamon finds the correct part for the docking rings instead of the Hasegawa Tiger I part there.
Good to see you Stu!

You don't need to feel bad at all Shamon. Your sluething skills are admirable, incredible really what you have managed to ID, so keep doing what you're doing. We've all gotten an ID wrong at some point & realised later on that part just wasn't a complete match, but many eyes make light work!.

Thank you for your concern! I'm fine. The purpose of continuing to post here is to have many people check my mistakes. Otherwise, I won't be able to realize my mistake. I will find a lot from now on, so please don't hesitate to point out my mistakes.;)

I asked the same question recently. This is the solution that was passed to me, and it's how I've done mine, although with a slight change. For the two rivets on top, I used the tops of the rounded pegs from the Hurricane 50cal machine gun. I know Read used the left over's from the ME-109 landing gear but I messed mine up when I cut them off. Mine look the part, and when they're cast it's impossible to tell where they came from.

I also tried the method that Read discovered, but with this method, the two Bf-109E are not parallel. There are many photos where the distance between the legs does not look parallel, but I think it is parallel.

Shamon,

I think with my second version, you do get (or "can" get) more parallelism in your landing struts: 2nd Version of Nacelle Tie-Downs

But your solution looks interesting enough, and elegant enough, that I'm also going to try it with those leftover 1/15 tank parts.

The two fragments cut out of Hummel require a lot of processing. However, I am skeptical about processing and bringing the shape closer. Therefore, we will continue to search until we find parts that can be used without processing.
