3D printed 11th/12th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver

I am going to build a custom 11th/12th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver using the 3D printed parts from Shapeways (http://www.shapeways.com/shops/sonicscrewdriver), but i have some questions.

I have selected some parts
(http://shpws.me/DqHl
http://shpws.me/DnjW
http://shpws.me/DnkH
http://shpws.me/CunX
http://shpws.me/Ctha
http://shpws.me/Cuoc
http://shpws.me/CtHx)
but I still can't find the white handle section.

Does anyone know where I can find it?
And am I missing any part necessary to build a completely functional, extending 11th/12th Doctor's Sonic Screwdriver?
Where can I find Sonic Screwdriver sound files?
What is the inner diameter of the parts?
And what is the outer diameter and length of the tubes on the extending section?
How do the parts fit togheter? Do I need Some kind of screw or something like that? And if I do, what are the sizes?

Thank you very much for reading.

These really were not designed to be any sort of kit. I was just using shapeways to prototype parts in plastic as I worked out my metal builds. Some people asked if I could share my work, so I did. But they won't give you a sonic that goes together easily, because they were not designed to do that.

But with that said, if you still want to order the parts, and plan to figure it out yourself once you get these pieces,
Get these parts instead
