Came across this 3D drawing, don't know about accuracy but looks detailed and impressive,

Well, I successfully imported it into both Meshlab and Turbocad. But deconstructing it down to printable pieces would be hella lot of work.

Looks like it might be the infamous fractalsponge build which was made available for download years ago and has turned up everywhere as a result (including a Force Unleashed trailer).

You could break down the detailed parts where the greebles are , so the brim trenches super structure detail and shuttle bays etc.. ( speaking from experience from scratch building them all ) doing it and then make your own structure and attaching
