Here have one done as well for Bat Beyond belt buckle and pouches, we go for one pouch slide to open for some notes and coins things. and all done & shipped!

Some update for previous done works for EP8 TLJ Stormtroopers helmet with @dday before I sick for a week time
There is couple differences in detailing from last EP7, but we nailed it

Project update ~~
Star Trek Nemesis Drydock Scale model and it's ready for Shapeways high detail printing now The difficulty of this work is to have it in custom size yet keeping the detailing to match well from photo reference. More work to go next

Here is done works for DH-17 sibling blaster designs from ANH & ROTJ. There is quite a lot components different to model new parts and get them assemble back to my last ESB version but we have it ~~ Cheers!

A done work update with render some time ago, TLJ Praetorian Guard Helmet for 3d printing
we split the helmet for into 3 piece and easy wearing with extra flaps/ magnets to hold them up
Working out more soon.

. The 3D printed helmet size set to 22.5 inch and one smaller accidentally done by mistake... but we get it sorted
Lens and head light in translucent, see if it's good enough to use it as final light diffusing

Would you do the 3D design and then work with some place (Shapeways for example) to have an object made in metal?
I have a project idea that requires a few pieces made in metal, should be very simple to make, but I need them to be in steel or aluminum. PM if you can facilitate.

I'm doing 3D design, and I did some trial in printing stainless steel before from shapeways, the tolerance is quite big even I cater for it in prior of design... but not very sure aluminum prints, I just the project on hold

Works update here for the suit parts that has been doing bit by bit and now about to finish, it started from a guy who provide body scan with muscle suit up and I sculpt directly on it to get proportional and fit well to the scan data. Hope you guy like it ~~ moving to next task
