New head molds are done and these will start rolling out again....I will be re making molds all along as needed, the head castings, both bottom and top, just eat molds so those were a priority to keep this moving. They are also fairly complicated, most of the other molds are pretty straightforward or i already have multiple molds.

Just unloaded my camera after about a month or so and found these pics of what mine was before it went to a new home. Again, this is just a stock build with a few styrene bits and pieces to hide seams or small bubbles etc, nothing fancy.

Ken your like 3 or 4 on the list, you should be good for right after the July 4th holiday. I have a list but it's on the computer that is out for repair, it was just the power source and the hard drive so i should have that back Wed or Thursday for any other inquiries.

Guys I'll have a better idea of where everyone is on the list when i get my computer back later this week to get that list i made. It's not a long list at all at this point, I just don't know where people are on it. I'd like to get everyones out in the next 2-3 weeks so that i can be all the way caught up on these for the first time since winter.

Just a quick question for Mike or anyone who has Mike BSG kit? what would be the correct size drill bit to use to drill out the holes for the lighting to show correctly if your lighting with LED's or say Fiber Optics for sizes .75 or .50?

Just an update, I had a bit of a mold disaster yesterday, a brand new head mold had a complete failure, it's a risk with these high detail molds that something will grab and tear. It has not happened before but i guess there is a first time for everything.

So this is going to delay kits going out for a few days while i remold the head, an expensive but necessary thing right now.

I will keep casting everything else while i make the new head mold, so once the new mold is done i should be able to catch up quickly, provided that mold does not fail after only 2 or 3 heads like this one.

that sucks... but if you reuse the rubber as filler for the next mold it might not be quite as expensive... Just a thought.
