hi steveparkes,
just do it![]()
:lol I've glued the circular sleeve bits together and the waistband ends, now to glue them onto the sleeves..then its the cuffs and waistband..gulp![]()
I filled the cuffs and waist band with expandable foam then attached one of the cuffs using 5 minute epoxy. This is a very clean and secure way to attach these parts.

hi brad,
look great :thumbsup remember to post pics here when you're done![]()
Of course. I got both cuffs on. The belt is next but I need to figure out how to correctly "bunch" the rubber latex together.

My jacket is almost complete. Just wanted to ask anyone who has attached the buttons on the belt, did you stick it straight on in which case you would have an over hang and only half of the button would be glued to the belt. Or do you trim the first plastic rib on the belt back to be level with the flat end piece of the belt so when you attach the button the whole area can be glued and you don't get the over hang? I have not got a high res pic of the original jacket to see in detail how it was done in the movie.

I noticed something while looking at this picture compared to the real thing. The elbow bellows are too low by just a few inches and the forearms are too long.
